Just looking on the hub at the lates "AboutUS" issue & no suprise here. Looks like we are dead last in:
Baggage mishandled
On time Perf.
Complaints(more complaints than anyone else)

This place is falling apart .
Also brought up in the issue was morale & it;s the worst I've ever seen it for sure.

Bags Mishandled-Merge with FedEx. In-Home Pick-up and In-Home Delivery, look at the edge on the competition. Also makes flights lighter. Some of Rampworkers can now drive the delivery trucks. Maybe they'll make some tips!

OTP- Add an Hour or two to the schedule, Maybe then will OTP increase by 5-10%.

Complaints-1) Don't accept e-mails 2) Give out a phony PO Box Number 3) Make the complaint line a "900" number, this way they can make some cash on the complaints

With the DOT-Print the wrong info on the magazines, napkins, website (If they can figure out how to change a page), Grease some people in the Gov't, their always good for a bribe or two. Or Run a campaign against the Gov't, "You Can Never Ever Trust Anyone from the Gov't", won't even have to explain that one.

As a certain Phoenix reporter stated......"It was a TRIFECTA of Lousiness". Since the RES Debacle, all the flight monitors need to scrap the mention of TIME and simply depict SAME DAY SERVICE. (Now in PHL that still IS misleading the Masses )

The best part of the OTP is that, that number is even flawed... The West ACARS is programed different from the East. I see WEST Flights show an On-Time Departure, but the Plane does not push for over five minutes and sometimes more. So because you close the door on the West you are On-Time...

Don't worry - they're putting the East software in the West ACARS. Soon they can be screwed out of pay time just like the East.
