That's why it we sent it to neutral, highly respected, professionally trained third party to decide.

We should have gotten the Nicolau award with the W/B F/Os positions slotted below the Group 2 Captains and some kind of formula so that the upgrades each side gets are proportional to the attrition each side has (excluding attriton from the right seat).

If you read it all you can tell us what the PBGC said about the "red flags" the usapa expert pointed out. How many stood up to cross examination?

Nicolau made those two mistakes in my opinion, the first favored us, the second favored the West.

We should have and could have gotten a better award if we had come off DOH/LOS and given Nicolau something to work with like he asked.

Don't be such a confectioners posterior. He wasn't constrained by anyone's arguments. The is no reason to give Nico a pass unless you have an axe to grind. 🙂
