Is there any news or any updates on what is happening in Philly? Since the "17" Directors landed a couple of weeks ago, it's been pretty quiet.

The humidity is up.Heat index sux.Someone said one of the secretary's brought in her dog and let em poop and pee on the break room floor down at GSE then she packed her stuff and quit last week.But I cant confirm that.You would have to call and ask.

Moving corporate headquarters to Phl would be a smart suggestion. They spend 3/4 of their time their anyway. Maybe they could take over the Ramada Hotel! Now lets take a look at the positives and the negatives.
Negatives:
It dept. is a joke.
Leadership is a joke.
Morale is the lowest.
Union groups are hostile.
Customers are hostile.
Hiring at an all time low.
Computer is a failure.
Safety a failure.
On time departures way down.
Baggage claims high.
Misconnects at all time high.
Salaries at the lowest standards.
management harrassing the employee groups.
positives:
Management meetings around the clock.
Senior employees resigning.
Senior employees retiring early.
Can't we get any positive results? I'm sure there has to be one out there since the sandcastle has been in Phl for a couple of weeks.

The solution is simple. A REAL leader at the top is all it will take. And Doogie is NOT that leader. Doogie isn't fit to shine the shoes of that leader.
We need an Airline CEO, not a Wall Street CEO. All the really effective ones have retired from other carriers and are not likely to come and help us. But it can be done.
