Flt stopped in TPA(guessing fuel maybe some one know for sure) thus busting all or most connections on the last flights out of CLT.
Another fine example of Tempe screw ups. What's the use of flying the plane? Most of these people spending the night in CLT prob. to never fly US again.

Oh not to worry they will get vouchers

I don't see how fuel could be the case. The flight is about 3 hours 50 minutes and it was on a 757. Must have been medical or something like that.

Did you know that we have a 75 flying around that is restricted from RVSM airspace? Lack of parts is the explanation.
If that aircraft made up this flight, they had to stay below FL290.

Now do you see how fuel could be the case?

How pathetic, must suck to work for such a 3rd rate airline, huh darien? US Airways reminds me more of a fly-by-night operation from South America rather than the nations 6th biggest.

Who the hell EVER hears about a flight having to stay below 29,000 due to "lack of parts"? Are you sure you aren't really the midnight stocker at piggly wiggly, i have a hard time believing your a commercial pilot.

it was winds at SJO that would not allow a safe landing on the 10,000 ft runway.
Probably above the max cross wind landing limits???

sorry I meant not allowing a take off at SJO on the long runway which probably reduced the takeoff weight on the shorter runway which restricted the fuel load.

That all sounds good except their is only one runway at SJO, runway 7-25 is approx 9600 feet long, however with an elevation of approx 3100 feet that is not as long as it might seem.

What is pathetic is you would even post something so completely stupid as to border the realm of moronic. Please let us know when you have your first flight lesson.

Ummm.."border"??..I'd say that it more properly qualifies as a full occupation by the 1st Armoured Ignorance Division

We also had a plane the other day that had a MEL for daylight flight only. If it wasnt going to be in CLT before sunset they were going to canx. Luckily we did a quick turn and it made it out, but wtf? How about fixing some of these things flying around... 😛 😛h34r:

We have a problem at both GUA and SJO when the winds go bad for the runways and obstacles in the flight path. This Winter so far the winds have been unfavorable for days at time. The 757 usually can handle almost anything but is limited to 10 knot tailwinds..Airbus 15 knots..but even that has been out of limits recently.

Coming soon!

100% Guaranteed ABSOLUTE WE PROMISE WE WON'T RUN OUT OF GAS nonstop flights between Las Vegas and Phoenix or Washington Reagan and NY LaGuardia

*note: inflight refueling may be required*
