Can anyone confirm or deny a rumor that there were many flight cancellations especially out of ORD due to lack of manning this weekend? I am wondering if the Flu hit again.

I was off but I will check when I go in tomorrow.

False rumor. Was a pretty smooth weekend. Occasional cxlns due acft ots, but nothing out of the ordinary. ORD ATC kept quiet, which is a rarity nowadays.

South Texas had some pretty nasty t-storms roll thru last night and this morning, but no impact on DFW. My yard is loving the nice slow rain today, we need it.

Other than the usual Saturday schedule reductions at LGA there was nothing out of the ordinary.
