I booked a flight to the UK Business Class..not all the flights had BC seats so Phil to JFK was Economy..JFK to LHR was Business Class and the return flights were the same..BC from LHR ..Economy from JFK to Phil. My question is they changed my flights and they now have BC on the PHL to JFK..but when I went to change seats I was told I booked it as Economy so I don't get Business Class. That doesn't seem right. Is that true or am I entitled to the BC if available bc that is what I initially booked and paid for?
