I''ve been in contact with a company for 3 months (I was told that I would get hired in the spring). I''ve been calling the CP once a week. I''m starting to feel as though he is getting very annoyed with me!
Should I relax the calls to once per month?
or is being annoying a good thing?

Until he says the positions are filled or stop calling or get lost you should keep in contact every few weeks. Twice a month seems o.k.

I think once a month is usually standard for a company that has shown any interest in you. But for float flying especially since this is hiring season every 2 weeks or 10 days is more than reasonable- it is understood by the employers that you don''t want to miss the boat. Unless, as above, you are told to stop it.
