Actually, I don't think they understood the question...when asked "is it more important to find new sources of energy", most respondents thought they asked "is it more important to find new sources of oil". Because the mere thought of actually reducing the amount we consume is anathema to the average American who ony wants it to be more affordable to fill the Suburban.Data released yesterday shows that voters overwhelmingly believe it is more important to find new sources of energy. Sixty-seven percent (67%) believe McCain shares this priority while just 29% believe Obama holds that same view.[/i]
