Absolutely No One is attempting to prevent her holding her beliefs, or to change them.

She is using her office, a secular position in a secular state, to enforce her personal religious beliefs and to force those beliefs on people whom she is sworn to serve.

How in a land known as freedom can doing that be condoned by anyone?

They are not even her religious beliefs. I believe she is a pentacolstal and they frown upon divorce so having 3 of them violates her religious beliefs that she holds so dear.

Mat Bevin is clueless. He wants to pass a law that would exempt government officials from carrying out their duties that would violate the COTUS. And the south wonders why they have the reputation that they have?

She needs to see the inside of a jail cell for a few days. Perhaps that will wake her up.

All of the above to me at least suggests that government should have no role beyond enforcement of contracts negotiated between consenting adults.
 
If the government is out of the marriage business do we even have a debate? As far as that goes then why shouldn't a woman be able to sell her unborn child to the highest bidder if we favor a "Pro-Choice" view?
