It is official, we are ferrying a Aircraft to Dallas for pictures and joint press confereance in the morning.

Tying the knot on valentine’s day, how sweet!

Hopefully in short time, everyone on both sides of this merger will pull together and concentrate on running one good solid Airline for a change. Good luck to all going forward.

Here's to becoming the flag carrier of the United States of America !

He's over on the DL board where he belongs rejoicing about their profit sharing, even though he ain't gettin any.
Go get him for that card...

You crack me up...

Are they gonna paint on the plane all sorts of Roses once it arrives in DFW?

Welcome DCboy and ditto, all in all a very fine group here at US except for the old, bitter PIT/Allegheny folks just ignore them!

I am a retired,(thankfully), PIT/Allegheny folk and I take offense to your comment. Not all off us are A$$h0ieS! You know, I worked long and hard for 41 years and it pisses me off that you can generalize so easily. Who is the propagator here? There is no need for comments like this and shows of the immaturaty that still exists out there. AA folk, please keep an open mind and judge for yourself. There are good East and West people and there are bad but in general US is a good bunch and if you can keep this type of thinking the airline has a chance for success. Good luck to all of you.
PS - I wan't in the pilot group.

I gotta say that your getting off to a bad start with some of your posts. Please don't try to keep the east/ west divide alive here. First the goofy post about the Cactus call sign, now this...
What a shame.

Thanks dc10boy. I'm coming up on my 27 year anniversary and I'm hoping the rest are the best yet.

I don't go far back as Allegheny, but I was based in PIT for 15 years. I agree with you 100%! 😉
