Could you show me where I said otherwise?
Perhaps you are mixing debates, factual vs philosophical. You stated "But have no fear, maybe you will get lucky and the insurance companies can find a way around the law." with a link to reinforce an opinion that the insurance companies where trying to buck the current HC bill. Factually they were not, they were merely going by the exact language in the bill. It was even admitted by by those that crafted the specific language in the HC bill.
The law was written to go into effect 2014 for children. Yet the lawmakers that passed the bill (and the president ) were under the assumption that it took affect immediately. Oops! Should have read the bill!I think the fact that this issue ever came up is something you should find disturbing.
What I find disturbing is that this comes out after the fact....because the same lawmakers never read the bill. That is what I find truly disturbing.
Again this all moot as the insurance companies have complied with the gov requests to enact immediately. Despite what was written (in specific language) in the HC bill.
