LCC stock is falling faster than superman folds his jokcey shorts on landry day. You went from the darling of wallstreet to the new ding-a-ling. What hegde fund is going to bail you out now you dope? You should have quit the sauce a long time ago, all that booze has destroyed your ability to run an airline, unless of course we're talking about running it into the ground. LCC's value has dropped 42% in the last month, where are you? Golfing, hitting up the casino's you and boy wonder Scotty have not been banned from yet?

Here's an idea, use that big fancy brain of yours and figure out how to pull this bucket of crap airline out of its tail spin into its next bankruptcy? Oh, you say you don't care? What you already cashed in most of your options paid for by the hundreds of millions in employee concessions? Oh my friend, unless you have already sold your soul to the devil, how can you sleep with yourself at night? A head can never rest peacefully on a pillow stuffed with cash stolen out of the piggy banks of hard working, loyal people, who are only trying to earn an honest days pay. So, how do you do it?

Say what you want about Doug Parker and his ability to run the airline, but the stock price is not his fault. Yes, ultimately management is held responsible for stock performance, but every airline stock has been hammered since January. The decline has everything to do with oil prices and the state of the economy and absolutely nothing to do with on-time arrival rates or DOT complaint rates.

Stock price can not put you in bankruptcy. Not being able to pay your debtors puts you in bankruptcy. If you are still making large profits, and your stock price is crap, it doesn't matter for bankruptcy purposes. Where it DOES matter, though, is it makes the value of the company much less and the potential to be aquired or bought out much greater.

Glade I sold mine at $55.00 just missed it's high of $61.96

Just remember
BEARS make money
BULLS make money and
PIGS get slater

Mr Parker,
Please, while you are enjoying your holiday I ask you to rethink our situation. This "Low Class/Cost Carrier" way of doing business is bringng us down professionally, physically, and mentally. Our frontline agents, who are the face of the company, are physically and mentally exhausted because they take the brunt of the heat for the way your team is running (ruining) our company. The problems that have been created by the LCC way of business are killing us. I don't have to tell you what the media, the public, and your employees are saying about this company because you already know.

Imagine if you were in our shoes everyday, facing the public and having to endure anger, cursing, threats, and even violence because of the status of this company. These folks are angry and they take it out on us more than anyone else because we are the first face they see. Yes, we did willingly take these jobs and we are dedicated to doing our best. But why should we do better when you guys are killing us. Agents are taking medication to get through the day, turnover rates are through the roof, and no one seems to care. It's like working in a third world sweat shop where they don't care about the physical or mental health of the employees.

This is a team effort Mr Parker and we feel like our quaterback keeps fumbling the ball and our coachs keeps sending in the wrong plays. We want a leader who understands that we chose these jobs because we love this industry. We have a good team Mr Parker but our team leaders are taking us in the wrong direction. Yes we are financially stable but we want the PRIDE back. If you give us something to be proud of we will give it back to you ten-fold, I promiss.

We thought you were the new face of the industry. We thought you and your team were going to restore our company to the standards of Piedmont Airlines; one of the most respected airlines in the industry; employees who were proud (and it showed); and airline based on ethics, integrity, and service.

Please, Mr Parker, hear us. We can help. Join us and lets make this a team, a team that creates an airline that we can all be proud of.

Do not make the mistake of thinking Parker or Kirby or any of the top management care about employees. They consider the employees as liabilities. These guys don't think like you and I. The only thing they care about are dollars.

If this guy wanted to run an airline he would have done so by now. This is about making mergers, acquisitions and asset sales top priority. As long as a profit is made that is all that matters. Once that stops look for sales of assets to begin. Whether routes, jets or slots he will attempt to make money on the backs of anyone and everyone he can.

Especially the employees. This guy couldn't run an airline if his life depended on it.

Happy Thanksgiving Doug ! drink a beer for me!! or six or seven , which ever amount you like! lol

p.s just don't drink and drive .. :cop:

Very sad. The dedicated employees optimistically look to the next CEO as the leader that will understand what an airline is and make this airline a star. Once again, old US employees had high hopes for Mr. Parker and crew, only to see the reality of another dedicated "ME" first leader. Big deals and spreadsheets don't run an airline. I don't know if there are any leaders left who put the airline and it's biggest asset (it's employees) first and also have the imagination and airline basics to make it all work.

We had two real airline men (IMHO) on the property who were never in the top slot and we let them get away...or their bosses drove them away:

Rakesh Gangwal and Gordon Bethune
