How to Use Priority Listing on Vacation Pass

Does anyone know how to use the boarding-up priority (vacation pass)for non-rev? (SA-3 to SA-1)

I think that will be electronic on the new web site which is not yet available so I think that at this time it really hasn't started yet even though they say we will have 2 VACATION and 8 Guess pass a year. Most likely that will not be available for the first quarter of this year. But I could be wrong that is how I have read the memos so far!

They are not in the data base yet.
Also, it doesn't look as though they've
started the sa4 for parents yet. My mother
flew on my seniority sa3 on 3 legs today
