I am very grateful of all our personel who did the job right this holiday weekend! Whether it was recapping the itin for a caller, advising to check in early due to heavy loads, tagging the bag right, putting it on the right cart, or taking that bag claim for delivery, we all worked as a team, and the results of that teamwork are evident!
I hope that working conditions for us all begin to improve after this merger, but you USair folks need a bit of a pat on the back, since your own managment team seemed to forget that for a LONG time! I know it will lead to happier employees, thus, happier customers. Lets hope this trend continues so we are all happier employees, making for happy customers!
Just remember, being disgruntled with the company, is no reason to take it out on a customer. It's obvious that no one has that attitude, but just wanted to throw it out there as a reminder =)
