I can think of a couple.  An organization that would become a giant bureaucracy with missions that have very little to do with one another.  What about abuse of power?  Who would have the experience to run such an organization?

I heard that as well. I think that the media in general doesn't know what to do with Sanders (or Trump, for that matter), so this is how they're handling it...
