I will just say a few more things....
Yes... You say its all jokes but again... You don’t know what UNITY is... However... Like Bobby said...... Doug parker wanted everyone to get along.. The comments that create a hostile working environment is wrong… NOT FUNNY. Your snide comments are not that great either. With more and more comments that you all make no wonder our "NEW" contract we are going to not be in UNITY and we are going to get screwed because of the lack of corporation on the EAST SIDE....
Not all our money making is only made in the EAST... Its made in the west too so we will take the best of both... Its how and what they are doing.
All the time you scream about how we use to do things... GET OVER IT... US Airways was going to go under... The "WAY" you did things.... Or were all the reports in USA TODAY wrong? And you’re GREAT Customer Service… What was PHILLY, CLT or PIT? … No one talks of GREAT In-flight Customer Service that I have seen/heard/or experienced as a paying passenger.
As far as what we hear… A lot of FF tell us that they ENJOY the personality of West FA’s Personality and how we are nice and accommodating. We go well Above and Beyond in our service when things are going great/or bad. Do you personality get that on a Daily basis? I bet not…. Its not to bash you or to make you mad. Its just what we are hearing and you ask what we experience.
But I am sure some of you do? I am sure a lot of you are great FA’s that hear great things. But we both know there are bad apples on both sides. That’s what the FF are saying since you wanted to know… No we are not a Legacy carrier. WE are a Low Cost…. But you know what… YOUR SIDE IS NOT anymore…
Now we are making money and things and we are turning around... You may not agree with the changes... FF might not agree with the changes.... But the only thing that matters is that our airline survives. You may not like the ideal/ and policy and procedures that they are imposing but its YOUR JOB TO FOLLOW THEM.... YOU SEEM TO COMPLAIN but its all you do.....
Sounds like its more of your problem. Than US Airways... Unless you don’t follow the rules.... Then it’s your problem. And they should FIRE YOU ALL for not following them just because you think it should be done differently. Follow the rules. If you think it should be done differently. Tell your Union officials… If they don’t listen. Volunteer and then get in some groups and change things…. If all of you would put your money where your mouth is. Some of your complaints might change by your volunteering. But I guess that statement will fall on deaf ears…
