As for in it together, well, it's been like that from day one. But our contract trumps LOA93 by miles. Pay is OK, rigs vacation, days off, etc. are comfortable. We here out west can last longer than you can. Did you ever notice who the pilots begging for a handout in the meetings with Parker are? Yup, you guys. Who are the ones bitching about parity? Yup, you guys.

Sounds like this stagnation is going to be a bit harder on you east guys. And you think those new hires are going to sit reserve while you guys go nowhere fast. You'll find their numbers growing as well as there dissatisfaction. Reserve on LOA93 is an ugly place to be.

The stagnation will end a lot sooner than you think Pi. The bloc of new hires along with the west and the bloc of east voters ready to move on will put a contract on this property.

It's not just me Jim, I get comments about you all the time. They are usually "what's wrong with that guy?" and "why does he care and why is he so angry at east pilots". I've actually defended you in the past, saying that part of it is because you were treated so badly by our own guys for your views on DOH. Now I just say that I think you're nuts.

Absolutely they do. And so does judge Conrad. How many times was the term "east pilot" used in his decision? The company referred to us as the west operation.

So yes, they do see us differently and treat us differently as well. When was the last time you sat in your CPs office just to say hi?

So touchy, can't you just answer a question? That's what it was, a question. I wondered it it meant something.

Grammar police? Hardly. Have you seen how many errors I've made? My board is stuck in mobile mode and looks weird. Half my posts have errors, but I usually don't catch them until I sign out and reread them, or Jim the English professor points them out. I've sent messages to the people running the place on how to get out, but no answers. I could change screen names like some people, but really don't want to do that.

He was speaking of the future and I do believe that's obvious with his use of the word "will."

My post did not insinuate that he was employed by our airline. You just read it that way. I'm perfectly aware he's retired as you east guys have made that abundantly clear. Reread my sentence and you'll see that it still applies correctly to Jims status.
