What's new

Injunction is out

What the heck are you talking about???

Sorry sonny. You have been seriously misled. But, go for your dreams.

I still have popcorn I am willing to share.

There are a few of us on the east who know how this will turn out, I suggest you accept DOH and share our hospitality. Otherwise, good luck.

There is a new general counsel sheriff in town. The old $eham techniques are long gone by now. USAPA spent millions with $eham and now has to hire another law firm and a CPA firm to determine just how much $eham overbooked them for. Given the substantial number of hours he must have billed every month for four years, that too is going to cost USAPA a lot of cash. The thing of it is, I would guess that $eham has proof for all of his invoices as he knew this day was coming. So USAPA will follow another wild golden goose to find out that that well has run dry too. More wasted pilot dues and absolutely nothing to show for it. Brilliant.
and, you know this fantasy, how?

Guess it's time for the East F/A's to step up to the plate and Start Writing EVERYTHING UP!! And everyone knows what I mean..There are Way too many A/C out there that have Major Problems and need to be addressed!! ASAP!! We all have to be Saftey Pat!! WRITE IT UP!!
Oh God!!!! Please! No! Not the "broken reading light, no coffee" torture!

So, who decides now what gets written up and what doesn't. Is the company going to pay me while the FAA pursues certificate action against me for not writing up all maintenance items? I also have to accept all the MELs the company wants to stick on an airplane regardless of the weather, airport conditions, our ability to cope with all of them. And for Gods sake don't taxi too slow while you are trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. For the life of me, I can't figure out how the FAA lets this place operate...ESPECIALLY under these conditions.

Driver <_<

Honestly, how is a judge sitting behind a desk in the safety of his mushroom factory going to change how I fly the plane? If anything, now we will have to set the parking brake to take copious notes each time we experience any cause of delay so that we can tell the chief pilot the reason for each of the delays when we get called in to the principal's office.

Take good notes and keep doing our job. First entry on each note will be, "Had to set parking brake..". BFD. It won't be the last time someone yells and tries to raise our blood pressure.

Not gonna happen, Frances.

Club;
We aren't pushing jack. We are watching from the sidelines as USAPA fumbles the ball OVER & OVER again. This will be over when Mr. Parker needs/wants it over. He presently has his fist tightly cuffed around a piece of your anatomy that makes you VERY uncomfortable.

Greed is someone that refuses to abide by a binding agreement because they are larger and therefore able to out vote the smaller group, and try to steal what does not belong to them. I've been dragged down by USAPA & USAPA's supporters. Your group has lost us MILLIONS of dollars, countless benefits & time off NEVER to be recovered. The lawyer that said DOH was a slam dunk is leaving the building with our 10+ MILLION dollars.

I have to go and get some more pop corn & soda. The show is just getting good. Have a great evening, and be sure be "SAFE" out there.....Maroon.

"Maroon," you say? You are a peach.

Excessively high blood pressure is a known cause of typos. Try to chill out a little, because high blood pressure is also a cause of heart attacks.

P.S. This thread is about an injunction, not the Nic.
P.P.S. I already taxi like a South West Pilot.

Hey USAPA, how does that crow taste?

Now, get off your duffs and do your damn jobs. I don't care that you were treated badly in the "old USAir", time to shed it and forget it, you work for a new airline now. One that makes money, and expects you to do your job.

How long until the East adds another person to their "blame wall of fame"?

Is now a good time to add my "I told you so" to the east pilots?

Told who what? united alpa pilots have been under an exactly worded injunction since 2008. It is coming up on three years.

ual pilots recently filed a safety complaint to a court. How has an injunction changed your life to date? You are still crying safety and have no contract.

united pilots injunction

Three years later, you still have it on your web site. Like the 9th circuit court, it is a judges order and it must be followed.

ual alpa pilots lates update

Wow! I expected an injunction, but I have to admit that I am surprised that a judge would write the injunction that way. I thought the company was stupid for asking for it, and can't believe the judge ordered it.

So......I just write up some of the broken stuff now. I guess I will have to ask for that list again of things that are and are not okay to write up and when.
Sniff, sniff. Keep playing stupid PI

Well, ALPA at UA learned the lesson nearly three years ago, as you indicated. The leadership of the USAPA was apparently too stupid to learn from ALPA's UA mistakes, finding itself on the wrong end of an injunction despite the history of job actions at UA and AA. Wonder if the USAPA brain trust is smart enough to follow the injunction and not end up in the same boat as the APA at AA (where ignoring the injunction resulted in a damage award of $45 million in favor of the employer)?

767jetz probably predicted this outcome before the company sued for the injunction - especially if he's read the order at UA.

Quick question:

As an outsider just following this off and on, I hadn't heard about Seham. Did he get fired? Quit?

No sniff, sniff here scooter. I have some really great emails that lay it all out for me, so I just keep operating like I always have.
For the company it may become a be careful what you wish for situation.

It's been a blast seeing all you aholes coming out of the woodwork!

My oh my what a wonderful day!! 🙂
Plenty of sunshine... 🙄
Plenty of crying... 🙁
Ya'll be careful out there and be sure to call in those maintenance issues now, ya hear!

Like I said. It's, that was the delay. Company wasn't expecting it so soon and was surprised. LOA 93 is going to follow in a day or so. Your end is near.

USAPA got it's butt handed to it. Great work easties. I will be voting for Yamamoto, I mean Cleary for sure.

FYI, the LOA93 decision was going to be announced this week regardless of the injunction as tihe time limit for the ES was coming up fast. Now, under the protection of the PI, not only will Kasher's decision be coming but more bits of bad news for the east will follow. I was asked to refrain from posting for a few days as there was quite a bit of activity this past weekend. But I'm back in business.

You east guys need to start listening to someone other than Cleary.

🙄

Do you suggest we start listening to you? Are you Vernon Wayne Howell.........
