What's new

Injunction is out

Where's BS and his stories about how the company got spanked by the GOB in robes? He'll probably have a quote or two from the legal God declaring it a win for USAPA. Breeze has all but called it a victory already. Clubbie is saying something but I can't tell what - his mouth is full of foot.

And yes, Pie, there really is a Santa and the east has the votes to do whatever it wants. The problem isn't needing the west to go along, it's getting the delusional easties to go along. Maybe if you addressed them directly, throwing in idiot, moron, a-hole, etc every other sentence, they'd see the light. That's convinced many westies... 😛

Your feelings are important to us.

Your feelings are the only thing important to you and the other USAPA hardliners.

Contracts, legal rulings and evidence mean nothing.

Post another goofy smiley face, it will make you feel better.

No, the company is not going to pay you if you get violated and can't fly during say a 90 day revocation. ...///....

You are not expected to work sick, or fatigued.

The FAA lets this place operate, because the FAA has nothing to do with the NMB and the fact that a scab union trying to steal something that does not belong to them, cries "safety" wolf. ...///,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,..;;

The FAA lets this place operate because Randy Babbitt is in charge of the FAA. Randy Babbitt was alpa president. Randy Babbitt had help in getting employment after his Eastern pilot job went away. Randy Babbitt is yesterdays USA320, Stockholm Syndrome. Randy Babbitt feels allegiance to alpa who helped him get his job. alpa was voted out after 80 years by the US Airways pilots, his silence in this matter is deafening.

I am bookmarking this to use when a complication happens, Randy Babbitt.

Its all Randy Babbit's fault because he used to work for ALPA! Thanks for clearing that up! If it wasn't for Randy Babbit we'd all be rich and US Airways would be shut down! YeeHaw!

HEY moron, ahole, etc., where have you been? You disciples started without you.

So, you've done your usual, now tell us what you think of the injunction. Do you think it is a good thing for pilots to be told not to call in fatigued, write things up etc.? Would you have not written something up you thought you needed to be written up, even it delayed a flight while the company was on a real on-time push?

So, if we had an election between two east presidential candidates, one Cleary and one a very pro "let's get along" candidate and the west voted in a block for Cleary, the east could realistically get the other candidate in?
Uh oh, Pi is POed. Maybe some time in the corn field will calm him down.

Yep, go play golf and all hell breaks loose. Ya'll really do need adult supervision. Sorry I missed the astonished faces of those who thought USAPA is invincible. Where are BS, MM, 9, etc? In a bar drowning their sorrows or at USAPA World Headquarters - now that's funny - getting their marching orders.

Not unexpected, just took longer to get a ruling than I expected since the TRO was stayed and the hearing expedited. Looking forward to actually reading it. Granted most of what's been posted is media reports but one post read like a quote of part of it. Go read it again - you missed an important word and are sounding a bit defensive for someone that "expected it".

What part of "the east has the votes" is so hard to understand? Wasn't that the battle cry when USAPA was being elected - "we're the majority and can do anything we want" or words to that effect? Nothing has changed, other than it's probably becoming clear that the east can't do any old thing it wants votes or not. How does that song go...

You don't tug on Superman's cape
You don't spit into the wind
You don't pull the mask off that old Lone Ranger
And you don't mess around with Jim the company

I am really heartbroken. My post made you grumpy. 🙁

Actually I took that as playing off my post - even without a smiley - so I'm letting it slide. Besides, according to clubbie Pie's BP is up.

If a west pilot leader, with a decent record of accomplishment, were to be soundly defeated by an east voting block in a USAPA presidential election, it would prove that the east pilots really want more of the Cleary-style of leadership merely re-packaged. In fact it would be very interesting to see a west pilot lead a majority east pilot group and prove their prejudices wrong. I would be even more interested to see Parker's reaction to the prospect of unity looming.

Do you mean this one:

"from USAPA to US Airways’s pilots who are
engaging in a concerted refusal to perform normal pilot operations,"

The problem with that statement is that even some of us that were not "engaging" were accused of it. What if the company accuses a west pilot of "engaging" if they are not doing what they want?

As far as the vote, answer the question. Why is that so hard for you?
