Injunction is out

If we win I'll vote for anything Cleary wants!!!!!

A dictatorship? That is very close to what we had with that lawsuit he filed against the company. The BPR gave him cover, but he did it on his own. That was not democracy. I understand loyalty, but blind loyalty is quite another thing.

Just my opinion...

If you are talking about the status quo suit, that was a good move, you knew the company was going to file one so what's your problem with beating them to the punch?

Swan, are you going to vote Teamsters? Cleary wants you to.

No chance. I fight my own battles. The LOA84 rates are going to make USAPA tremendous accolades. I thank ALPA FOR INSISTING THE DATE WENT IN. USAPA for fighting for it. ALPA legal did their job in this case.

Odd remark given that it's USAPA in the ring taking all the punches and it's USAPA you'll give all those accolades to if they win. And you followed it with thanks to a list of others that fought for you...

Strangely enough, a courtroom isn't a boxing ring. No points are awarded for taking the first punch or even getting in the most punches. Evidence is all that counts and USAPA definitely didn't have much in the first "match".

Since we are under the umbrella of the NMB, did anybody give any thought to how it would be viewed by the mediators who have been working with us? We know for certain that the lawsuit did not have the collective wisdom of the BPR behind it. If I was a mediator, I would be asking "what are you doing? Negotiations are still underway!"
I don't see that much similarity between the company's lawsuit and USAPA's.
