Man, I wish I could get served like that when I am working in the cockpit!
 
I love how she sais that heating the nuts is a signature AA thing. Most if not all US airlines heat their nuts in business.
 
Because it was something AA started in 1991, along with made to order ice cream sundaes. No one else was doing it then. Just because most airlines are doing it nowl doesnt change that it was part of, and continues to be part of our signature premium service.
 
Having been seated in row 20 of some 762 transcons over the years, I've watched the well-choreographed hard work of the galley flight attendant preparing 30 business meals (while eating my $10 chicken carver sandwich with some envy). Nice video.
