read the mileage accrual thread and the open letter to the employees thread. the humping of america west and us airways has resulted in an STD of a management that is never going to be cured i fear....

Lets just say...
for every Mainline flight that takes off 5 more people hates US...3 Elites leave after sitting in the back w/ Silver Preferred folks up front...
for every Express flight that takes off 3 people hates US...1 elite leaves after hearing about the glassware being removed...
for every Mesa flight that lands...7 people leave and all elites onboard the CRJ9s leave US...
