Considering all the negative energy expended here in the past, are we ready to rise to the occasion in the future?

Everytime someone has something good to say, news media, a poster, whomever, they are beaten down by many here.

We already know how the frequent posters will vote, how about the silent majority here. Are we willing to take or airline back, and make this an airline we are proud to work for, give our customers exceptional service, and create our own job security as a result of our actions?

Are we ready to get over the past and move forward?

That could easily be done with new leadership but not with the existing failures!!!!!!!!1

What Lakefield wants is for U workers to keep getting screwed again and again, . . . . . and LIKE IT. That's his vision of "repairing" morale. . . . . "I can screw you all I want, and you need to smile and cooperate."

A successful company takes teamwork from top to bottom. In SPITE of some bonehead/greedy moves by our leaders in recent history the rank and file have worked to keep a loyal following. When a select few are booted and the folks at the top decide to truly be part of the team, U will be awesome. Time will tell if this happens.

With current management looking like this: just_sign_this_smiley.gif

I have only heard this type of attitude towards mgmt: finger_smiley.gif

Just how many of the respondents to this poll are not affiliated with US Airways?
Stop with these stupid things or at least word them correctly.
I suggest if you are sooo miserable that you quit and make all of your co-workers very happy. You are not required to be here.

Well now,

Just how would you word this poll Einstien?

It is a pretty simple question. Is it not negative enough for you?

Read your own post and then ask yourself who takes this all alittle too seriously....

How about a third option, which likely would have garnered 85% of the vote:

"The employees are ready to rally for the company and kick a** when it is under new management, and not before."

Use Your Head, UseYourHead!

Does that not fall under choice 1?

A changed atmosphere could most certainly mean new management, or a new MO of any or all folks that are currently here.

Of course, that goes for all of us (labor) too.

I am ready to move forward!

Personally I think the naysayers and bashers here should start a new poll.

O After coming home from your airport job at US Airways, did you beat your wife last night?

O If not, when did you beat her last

O Where the police called?

O Was the police call featured on COPS?

That is too funny! 🙂

Many on this board have invested a big part of their lives in this company. They do not like how they have been treated, and, the situation they are in right now because of the "talent" runnning our show. Because they voice opposition to this, they are naysayers, bashers, and wife beaters.
I have a poll for you:

Have you ever worked one day for Crellin or Paladini?

__ Yes

__ No

How can anyone even use the word Morale at this company? Over 1/2 of the stations are on the Hit List to be contracted out, and have only the door to look forward to. Morale has, and will be non-existant at this airline for a very long time.
