It's not a question it's a statement and but I guess I could rephrase it. Do you think he could answer it they obviously did'nt get to those articles yet. I'll ask you a question don't you think I might be in the right ballpark

I understand how you feel trust me. But when guys like you don't step up the company believes guys like you just don't exist. That's probably the thing that bothers me the most and why I get into these p!$$!ing matches.

I'm sure if I stopped they would just bark back and forth to each other all day.

I'm sure he couldn't/wouldn't be specific but I would think he could give at least enough clarity to what I think. And what I think is these guys want better than those other groups you mentioned?

And why maybe it might take a little longer too?

I don't know how AA did things but I truly truly believe with the exception of pay (because UA) ther is NO way the company gives us better than passenger service medical, vacation anything and I don't want to wait months for them to try As I said look at UAL and DAL
 
Prez, you must be right. Giving the Association and company the benefit of doubt that they negotiated for 40 hours, and the best the Association update could come up with was eight lines to give to it's members, things must be really difficult.
I can only assume that the company is playing extreme hardball.

We have not discussed everything, so no I couldn't answer everything you would want to know. What I can say is that PAX service took some hits on some outsourcing, more part time, Cars positions, etc. They were combining with AA who was non Union and I'm sure that made some things tougher for them. We are combining 2 contracts and that adds to the process.

We are taking steps forward and the Company is wanting to go backwards. I can't stress anymore how important it is for all of us to be unified in our message to the Company, move forward!!!

Thank you for taking the time . You are aware that the majority are quite antsy for this new contract. You know a kid on Xmas morning

The only way to get more members aboard is to be more specific and stop with the teasers. If the company is wanting to go backwards, lay it out there, let AA answer those criticisms. Until you open the book and show the members, you are fighting a losing battle. You have two unions who have members that are having a difficult time trusting everything about the other. You have got to do something original, something unique to show the company is the problem and not the non voted on Association. These are NOT normal times!

You might be the exception but the longer it takes I think the less resolve there will be.

Correct, difficult, but we remain solid.
