No new info, 10 preferential hired already there would get their seniority, 19 recalled at some point.

There is a lot of LAA metal out there now I notice quite a few

You think they don't know or understand people's frustrations? Really? Alright tell you what, I'll be fair. I'm going to say what others say about the guys on both sides so they can have their own understanding.

People have said they're in no hurry to get a deal because of them not the company. For the TWU Presidents they've said this.

"Why would they be in a hurry if they're going to lose their Station when it's over" Interesting.

IAM guys I hear this (From Tim a lot)

"The AGC's make $130,000 no matter what. So why do they want to hurry for"

"Non AGC's would have to go back to the ramp when this is over, so they're in no hurry"

So are these things true? Are all these guy's nitpicking over everything for their own personal reasons?

I can't honestly answer that question but I thought I'd throw you a bone and maybe make these guys aware of things I've heard more than once so far.

And we all want money bro. Who the hell is going to be stupid enough not to say that. But do we have to be pigs about it? Really?

Hey Kev. Tim Nelson says that it would be foolish of you to ever organize. He says you should remain status quo or Delta management will whack your station.
I think he's right. You need to stop fighting. Tuck in your shirt, polish your shoes and when management tells you to jump, ask them how high.
Since Tim has said it a couple of times now with no response from you, I guess you absolutely must agree with him right?

im sure Kev disagrees with me on that but imo he is much better off not getting the iam unless he wants to move to atl. Almost certainly all stations will get contractually out along with all cargo. Maybe msp and atl stay open. Thats the reality.

unfortunately, all I hear is "where is our money". No one seems to care about anything else.  Again, that's why I feel the NC needs to do a better job of informing the members what specifically the holdup(s) is/are. Until then, don't expect the mood to change. And without a mood swing, you will not quiet the criticism. Reality!

Big Picture 2016 .  AAL F/S Association Members breakdown . 30% will accept/do what the Company gives them ( non-union ) 30% will follow, What Ever ! 20% will *****/moan/ blame no matter what is negotiated for them . So, as always the 20 % rule applies . Union Members who are  actually in any position to reach a JCBA that will benefit ALL ! Thanks for the info PR .

"PENALTY HOUR"

We want that back. And don't let the company fool you that it's a cost item that only benefits us. If they say that they're lying big time. If they wouldn't get reamed out for it I'm sure I could get dozens of letters from CSM's and Managers that would jump up and down for joy to see us get that back.

With Penalty Hours they don't wind up having to mandatory an entire shift and they don't have to scramble to finish a flight or find a crew to push a plane off the gate.

Bring back "PENALTY HOURS" and for the US guys if you never had it, man will you love it.

We are very aware of what a penalty hour is, I believe US had it years ago too.
