Most of you don't know me or the other NC members so I get that it is hard to trust. Unfortunately, I can't be specific but signals have been out there all along. The Company claimed that they were ready to negotiate months before we started. They even got our proposal stating which language we would base each article on and improvements we were looking for. They we're not ready, IMO.

Why do you insist on thinking you're this negotiating expert. You negotiated away an entire craft you have a terrible record. Tell me the gains you made as a negotiator. You  are not an  airline employee you are not here to feel the negative atmosphere created by  these drawn out negotiations. What you can't get through your thick union biased head is that we thought we would get a contract quickly and we ALL think we are losing thousands. Don't let stubbornness get in your way. I know they are away from their families and such but they knew it was a thankless job when the  took it.I mean bring up the subject in the breakroom and it's a sore subject. They think that the CWA  has it better than us yes I know CARS and P/T cap. They see the money

You think they don't know or understand people's frustrations? Really? Alright tell you what, I'll be fair. I'm going to say what others say about the guys on both sides so they can have their own understanding.

People have said they're in no hurry to get a deal because of them not the company. For the TWU Presidents they've said this.

"Why would they be in a hurry if they're going to lose their Station when it's over" Interesting.

IAM guys I hear this (From Tim a lot)

"The AGC's make $130,000 no matter what. So why do they want to hurry for"

"Non AGC's would have to go back to the ramp when this is over, so they're in no hurry"

So are these things true? Are all these guy's nitpicking over everything for their own personal reasons?

I can't honestly answer that question but I thought I'd throw you a bone and maybe make these guys aware of things I've heard more than once so far.
