If the official position of the Association is to adopt and enhance your medical language why are you assuming it's already decided when they haven't even begun the discussions on it yet?

Hope your not believing the smoke being blown up your (whoops)?

Because I wasn't born yesterday and I already know what health care the managers and some other work groups now have. Do you find fault with this logic? Take off the rose glasses and forget the union propaganda and tell me what you  really think

You don't know that there  are a million  awards out there. Your remark is annoying anyway why don't you make a tray of Baked Ziti or something. What do you use for sauce in NC, Ragu?
Dont you have to whine and complain that you dont have your raise in a JCBA yet?

Has 700UW told you the history of how you ended up with your plan? Wouldn't you presume also that if a plan is made available that saves both the company and the Union money that argument of choice would be an easy one to make.

And that plan can be implemented across the board after the airline is fully bound with Labor agreements.

Using (my) logic The  LUS mangers moved from my plan to your (LAA) plan. I think you're afraid to tell your true feelings you keep saying how the company reads this forum. there are 14 people posting on here out of 100,00 do you really think the company uses the 5 ramp agents 6 AMTS one washed up disgraced electrician and a guy with a food truck in NC as a litmus?

Already history on this we the IAM secured better and cheaper healthcare than management, pilot, and flight attendants in bankruptcy part one and has survived ever since.

So Tim and WP are just chicken littles.

Maybe they can post the next set of the winning powerball numbers for the next drawing too.

Don't you think I hope you're right, but come on you're using that optimistic never say never attitude. If the LUS plan is cheaper and better for the company why would the managers switch to the LAA plan???????!!!!!!!!

Maybe because the Unions don't go out of their way to search for a cheaper plan to present to the company. And management has no say in the plans that are provided to them or even their out of pocket costs since they have no contract or advocate.

700 is not telling you anything that's unreasonable in negotiations since every item has a dollar value and again how can the company argue about anything that costs them less. Or why should they?

It doesn't affect him but he enjoys providing information from his extensive history with the airline to this board.
