JCBA Negotiations and updates for AA Fleet

I think they won my 4 votes and it was contested ( some women in PHX voted for herself) then the merger came about. Tim I never paid dues to the IBT
they represented all US AIRWAYS peeps. 1988. Not saying all paid dues. Same thing if the IAM won a delta ramp campaign, they would represent all delta rampers. Doesn't mean they would be paying dues right off the bat.

I was involved with the IBT case from the beginning. Only 2 of us former Piedmont peeps had the balls to step up, as we were non union. The IBT won a representational vote during the merger of PSA, and they represented all US AIRWAYS rampers at that time. Same thing if the IAM won Delta ramp campaign, it would represent everyone. Previously, the IBT only represented 4 stations. And ograc could verify that the IBT contract was the best in the industry, unlike how 700 suggest it wasn't.
Technically they won the vote  but they never actually represented us semantics aside

I thought TA 2 was the one that granted UAL the ability to eventually go down to only 7 staffed Stations. I mean aren't YOU the one that told me that? There's no way if that were true that you would be stoooopid enough to advocate and push for that travesty would you?

I mean that would be something only a cancerous pustual would do at least IMO. And you certainly are no cancerous pustual.

Otherwise you seem rather angered as of late? Something bothering you?
TA1 was 7 stations plus nothing. TA2 was 7 stations + negotiated small stations. Keeping those small stations in play resulted in extended life to this day. Still not in scope, but still on life support for 4 more years as a result of TA2. For you, you got an extra .75 in your pocket per hour.

That's not what I heard. I heard that you blew it big time. Those poor saps listened to you and got burned for it something fierce. I hear they abjectly hate your guts now. Can't say I blame them.

Anyway that's in the past since Klemm hit a BIG home run out of the park with their new deal. Thank God he was able to clean up your mess.

You need to make peace with Klemm Tim. Now that guy is a true leader. I would bet if you get down on your knees and beg for forgiveness Klemm just might let you carry his jockstrap (After he's used it of course)

How dense are you?

US was not unionized system wide for fleet, only BOS, BUF, PHL and PIT.

And the union's don't have to sign off on profit sharing, as long as it's done equally to all under the CBA for fleet and maintenance.

How many NC's have you been on and how many CBAs have you negotiated and did you go through the Collective Bargaining class at the Harbor?

You are wrong once again.

So what happened this week to cause your epic meltdown?
I think the conversation is exhausted. I can't explain it any clearer. What meltdown? Is it a meltdown when I try to explain to you things but you don't listen? At any rate, the conversation is exhausted.

I decided today that I really do have to focus my time against the IAMPF, TWU/IAM, seniority hoax, and have decided to finally meet with the XJT peeps after thinking abou things today.

I've kinda dropped the ball on the videos. So I am refreshed now!

I have a video to do about the IAMPF this week and I decided to do a new one about how the TWU/IAM have screwed up and are now allowing a 3rd party to step in to seniority issues. Javits screwed up United lead seniority by using ratios. Everyone in this industry that I know that works the ground hates ratios. Every so many sUA leads, then a sCO lead. Then the problem really compounded when a lead transferred. A true mess Javits started. And a Bush Republican appointee that you knuckleheads chose. If you are going to dump seniority into a 3rd party paid staffer who made $60,000 at United, then at least get a democrat.

Thank you Tim. I Loooovvvvvveeee your videos. They're so funny and show everyone how completely dumb you really are. Please get drunk before you do it again.

"I don't know, I don't know, and where the Hell is Atkinson" Classic.

Since the summer is here can you wear a Sombrero and put a plastic Parrot on your shoulder?

Legally, they did. But Bush had Javits, and there was no way the anti worker Javits was going to rule in the ibt favor. Clinton dismissed Javits and finally established a democratic NMB in 1993 after Javits' NMB ruled against workers for the previous 4 years.

Obviously you don't care for the man Tim but he does have a pretty extensive resume.

President Obama also used him for a PEB in the LIRR dispute.

And from 93 to 01 he was a partner at the now famous Ford and Harrison Law firm.

His father was Jacob Javits.

During his first two terms in the House, Javits often sided with the Harry Truman administration. For example, in 1947 he supported Truman's veto of the Taft-Hartley Bill, which he declared was antiunion.

Is there any LAA on here other than weasle?
Maybe NYer can answer this question, nothing against weasle but he is giving me gas.

Does LAA have 2 different list it maintains for Lead seniority and regular fsc? Do leadss bid by lead time?

when I was a acft mechanic crew chief the old way was by my doh . No separate lists for crew chiefs. Now you have to interview for the job in maintenance any way. But still one list .

Sorry that you have gas. Try Tums.

In Jetnet you can look at both System and Station seniority. Crew Chiefs are not broken down but there is a box you can check to separate them from your search that places them on the bottom. There is no box to separate PT from the mix.

A Crew Chief has the same occupational seniority as a Clerk but of course the CC's bid separately. In DFW and MIA they bid first and the crew bids behind them essentially getting to chose if they want to work with that CC or not.
