Although it's more than likely that's going to be the case going back to the original formula that was traded, I haven't seen anything in writing yet that specifies it?NYer said:The formula is based, in part, by individual earnings. The more you earn, the higher your payout.
That was the old plan, where did you find that info?NYer said:The formula is based, in part, by individual earnings. The more you earn, the higher your payout.
Bob here is a copy of how the old formula worked. It will "probably" wind up being the same? But until we receive clarity on the issue I wouldn't plan it as an absolute certainty.bob@las-AA said:That was the old plan, where did you find that info?
Weez, Thanks I have this one already.WeAAsles said:Bob here is a copy of how the old formula worked. It will "probably" wind up being the same? But until we receive clarity on the issue I wouldn't plan it as an absolute certainty.http://www.twulocal512.org/docs/PROFIT%20SHARING%20PAYOUT.pdf

Are you a part of the negotiating team and seen or signed a letter of agreement with the company?NYer said:It's a certainty.
Ground down sized no more than two times and I think the size for feeders would be 4/0?bob@las-AA said:OK smarty pants, on a three phase 480 volt main service enterance with a 400 amp braker, how many times can the ground be down sized connecting to the main bonding jumper? And what size is required for the feeders?
I feel like a little trivia today.
Nope. Have you?WeAAsles said:Are you a part of the negotiating team and seen or signed a letter of agreement with the company?

But back to the topic at hand... I think it is a mistake to focus solely on pay, especially for a relatively low seniority person even in a hub, as $30/hour jobs will cause outstations to migrate towards places like DFW. Personally, I have always had a problem with the idea of an airline with the majority of its stations being contracted-out as it begins to feel more like a "virtual airline" where workers are just uncommitted, short-term hires waiting for the next job.
Which, of course, is exactly what every carrier wants...Jester said:Ground down sized no more than two times and I think the size for feeders would be 4/0?

I don't want the association near my profit sharing. It's a separate benefit, didn't you learn from your own history?WeAAsles said:Are you a part of the negotiating team and seen or signed a letter of agreement with the company?
cmon weasle, you claim guaranteed information that often falls thru, so before you start another back and forth with nyer over rhetorical questions, instead use your smarts. 5% is based on total earnings of all employees. The Afa posted it a while ago. Presumably its the same one for the cwaibt and us as well.WeAAsles said:Are you a part of the negotiating team and seen or signed a letter of agreement with the company?
