I agree, we get the short end of the stick. So can you see other groups volunteering to take less so we can get more? Hardly.
There are people  in the company that make less than us, it can be said they are getting the short end

Weez are you and NYer in the same city if so are your lockers close to one another?
No lockers. But I did use to enjoy having coffee with the man.

As a group it will probably wind up being the PSA's who get the shortest end of the stick unless they get bumped up to match what we should wind up making.

3% above the top UAL rate.

What about Administration people?

No religion or (union) politics
Far from political I absolutely assure you.

Why does it seem difficult for people to understand that I want to see OUR agreement signed and in writing? That doesn't mean that I think it's going to be different than any other but I just have a hard on for signatures.

The average on that is also lower than us outside of maybe some at HQ. Also most new CSM's.

Is there a pdf with that information. Something signed that shows us how much they get paid. =/

For a CSM who has no union and no contract I would bet there is. (No question mark)

Years of being beat down requires a signature I know. The one good contract we had before this lasted a year or so before they took it away. That is why any attempt a regaining trust will be difficult at best

It made me chuckle.
Bob show your eyes. You're making me nervous. You look like a gangster or Bono.

I trust nothing without a signature. I don't do Gentlemans agreements. Thinking this way makes life a lot easier and harder for people to scew you.
