Of course when we explain what we do we go with the easy to understand "Baggage Handler" But again we do a lot more than that so?

And for those of us on the PMAA side "Agent" will always be thought of as the "mostly women" upstairs.

Ramp or Gate doesn't matter when you shorten it. I don't like Agent.

I would keep on walking. If I worked with Bob and he carried his load, I wouldn't have a problem there either, despite what he says on these forums. To be honest, I actually think Bob is probably a good worker. Maybe not a "above and beyond" type of guy, but all I would ask is do your job. As for Bob being a "IGM" person, each to his own, he is not the only one here in Dallas that feels that way.
