Ill interview WeAAsles in a video. It may be a doll of some sort that resembles WeAAsles. Ill make sure ill put a "Contract now" button on him. I hope it isnt true how weaasles doesnt wear underwear and hangs out in baggage carts when he post on here?Worldport said:Tim next video can you please have a halo around your head and you can put horns on the Weez. So it begs the question. The NC in their updates claim 18 of the 20 T/A's are improvements.cltrat said:the LUS getting jabbed on insurance weather true or not is a very popular thought line on the LUS side
If true I will lose my insurance, lose my well deserved days off due to rotating and according to Tim my seniority I was hired in March of 78 but my seniority date is late April 78 Weaasles says it doesn't matter but here at LGA people were hired in clusters so actually one day of seniority makes a differenceAANOTOK said:So it begs the question. Is that for the AA side, the US side, or both. Obviously if the insurance rumor is true and US is taking
it in the butt, will the NC state they have another improved T/A but fail to leave out "for the AA side".
Again, my worry with the Association is when you make someone happy, you could very well be angering
the others. I hope they are reaching T/A's that everyone is happy about or can live with as opposed to
everyone being more upset at what they lost instead of what they gained.
A perfect example would be if AA lost Cargo, but US kept Catering and actually gained a few stations
I can see where the AA side would be upset and the US side would be ecstatic. Or vice versa.
Maybe? But if you do it's only an increase of about $40.00 per month for a single. I think with around a $1000.00 per month raise you'll be able to handle it.Worldport said:Tim next video can you please have a halo around your head and you can put horns on the Weez. The improvements are over the language in both agreements as the updates have stated. And again as far as the company continuing to want any specific jobs from us to be contracted out, they haven't gotten to that point of the conversation yet. Again looking at what they've worked on so far by the updates.AANOTOK said:So it begs the question. The NC in their updates claim 18 of the 20 T/A's are improvements.

That seniority "rumor" is only something being drummed up in the mind of Nelson to get you all flustered and nervous. It's really all on you if you want to let him manipulate you that way?Worldport said:If true I will lose my insurance, lose my well deserved days off due to rotating and according to Tim my seniority I was hired in March of 78 but my seniority date is late April 78 Weaasles says it doesn't matter but here at LGA people were hired in clusters so actually one day of seniority makes a difference

"I personally don't see that changing nor do I see anything changingAANOTOK said:I agree rat, just throwing that out there as a scenario.
WP, likewise, here in Dallas we were hired in clusters so it makes a huge difference as well.
Also in Dallas, we do not have rotating shifts. We bid hours (shift) and days off based on "occupational" seniority
and hold them as long as your seniority will allow. I personally don't see that changing nor do I see anything changing
in the way seniority is set up now. Just my opinion.
Vacation is bid by company DOH and you bid it all at once. So, I have folks bidding vacation before me, but I have shifts and days off much better than they.
The rotating shifts are specific to JFK and LGA where seniority obviously means nothing. So I'll start off saying the TWU bitescltrat said:rotating shifts which I don't believe will happen would cause a riot in CLT
Again the only "real" reason you guys have such cheap medical is because your contract hose's the PT guys. If they were paying less right now I can guarantee you'd be paying more.Worldport said:Weez I'm not thinking of myself I'm thinking about the thousands of other employees with families C'mon you know me (AL)truistic
