lol. Wow thanks. I NEVER even thought about that. That one slipped right past me. When you hire on its the company that goes by age. I was 2 out of a class of 6.

Why have to trade it? The ps was freely given. We need a bigger 401k. The pilots and stews got it, then they got PS.
Here is the problem, it may be that we dont get any profit sharing at all this year if we dont sign a ta. Worst yet is that these clowns dont seem to understand that parker can put a condition on it late fall and say we arent entitled to it if we dont sign. Thereby hogtying our dopes. They havent sign the ps offer from the company.
I for one am not goin to allow our idiots to pass the buck when the fault for not having a ta lies with our association.
The Parker can giveth and the Parker can also taketh away.

Exactly. Tim seems to be wanting to take the USS Missouri out of mothballs to stage some type of grand signing ceremony with a quill feather pen wearing Top Hats. If the PS is not in our CBA Parker or whoever in the future can take it back whenever they want to with no grand fanfare.

True but he wanted the ps signed. Our guys didnt sign it. Parker said it was non negotiable and strictly a company decision. Whatever the case, it was free, so why not take it?

Last week the company wanted to give me a skinny cheeseburger but I had to sign for it.

I don't sign no papers for stinking cheeseburgers!!!!

Do you have reading comprehension issues? I interpreted the last update for you because I'm sure you're either incapable or chose not to try and understand it? You don't even understand your own freakin contract.
Let me ask you again. And I'll make the example even more stark for you.
If the company say offered the mechanics the what it seems like standard offer currently of 10 Holidays at Double time and say they said we only want to pay you for ONE Holiday (Christmas) but only Time and One Half for that day.
Would Tim Nelson (Mr. Brilliant) jump on that offer to hurry up and get to the end $$MONEY$$ base wage talks?
Do you have a backbone or are you an invertebrate? Are you a sniveling dog begging for a treat? Do you have no line in the sand or are you desperate enough to grab anything they throw at you?
700 says if you use insults, you lose the argument.

If you were in those negotiations for us we would have garbage. We would have the rotted fruit that the Supermarket throws in the dumpster at the end of the day. You'd bring us the dented cans that they put in the markdown cart.
THANK GOD there is no one in those negotiations like you. The company would be LAUGHING at us for sending such a fool to negotiate for us and you would have begged for every crumb they'd be kind enough to toss in disgust across the table at you.
You pathetic wretch.

Yea but sometimes it's just sooooo much fun.

And tee hee did he whip your butt the other day. I got lots of phone calls from that one. Have you been able to find that language yet?

BTW never said I don't agree with your position, just stated that you wouldn't have a leg to stand on if they pushed the issue legally. But good for you for holding firm.

Copy. And here everyone thought you were trying to educate. It's just about you having fun at the expense of others. How fraternal of you.

Completely trying to educate, sometimes give opinions and trying to knock out the characters with the bad personal agendas.

BTW sorry I added to my other post if you want to reply again. I don't want to be accused of having to edit long after the respondent has already answered the question.

It's a sign of weakness to me.

lol. Bob do you miss his comments on your electrical abilities? Here let me try.

Bob if it had been you flying that kite instead of Ben Franklin we'd all be still using oil lamps and I'd probably have a horse in my condo right now.

WeAA  the company specifically said all groups will get PS   I know Tim keeps asking why the Association did not sign off on it   Question should be  did CWA or the Dispatchers etc etc sign off on it?  Did the FAs    Pilots I believe have it in their contract but i could be wrong on that one

Every group on the AA side exchanged PS for other improvements with Parker in the merger. The CWA for US was the last one to have it before they signed their JCBA. No one has it in their contract currently. Actually Robbed the question should be did the Association sign off on it, not that they didn't sign off on it like Tim keeps claiming. Like I said for all we know they signed off on it months ago and just never communicated that?

I haven't heard one single person (seriously) ever comment about it besides Tim. This could be just something he's drummed up in his own mind to cause himself more fear?

I'll bet he's making a mountain out of not even a molehill.
