Contract talks is the topic of this thread. We can talk about the plight of the non Union guys in other areas and argue about it to death if you don't want to back down off your opinion.

100's of guys fired over the course of just one year though? Nah. A little too coincidental for me.

Back on topic. Tell CB and Rez to hurry up if they comment this weekend.
I shall and you can thank me when you're driving a 2016 not having to wait until 2017. Weez your talking to a man who didn't get a contract for over 4 years.

Weaasle  the outline of our contract is already there just look at passenger service. the money is going to be either UA or UA+ 3%. Remember how easy it was when writing an essay using an outline
So F everything else then? Ok. Agents have 10 Hollidays at Double Time. You ok with less? You ok with less sick time? More PTers? How about if the company wanted to triple your medical costs? Better yet you pay the total cost. How about no IAMPF or 401k Match? No IOD time? You pay for parking and AOA badge costs? How about no pay if you're held out of service? No moving allowance if you're laid off? 2 days to report to your new station or you're fired (They had that in the 70's)

Those were just a few off the top of my head. You want our guys to roll over on those?

Every item you speak of is in the passenger service contract use that as an outline this isn't section 6 nor are we starting from scratch. One of the negotiators spoke how he has to get back to his station to take care of union business  trying to get an individual his job back. I understand that's important.but someone else should be doing it he should be devoting his time to negotiations. Honestly tell me what's the buzz in MIA  are people happy with the progress of negotiations?

LMAO. Oh you think the company is just mirroring the PSA? Really? Yea it's just real easy in your mind isn't it.

Some are anxious because they're desperate and many don't talk about it all. The majority IMO are being patient. Honestly.

Why would I be ok with less? what they have is fine and I expect nothing less What would be the companys excuses for trying to give us less, none wanna bet we get 10 holidays at double time 5 weeks vacation and pay the same % for medical with SAME plan.

No contract for Delta. So what the company gives and takes away is sketchy. On the other contracts they're all different and similar in certain areas. And different groups in our industry have different needs for what they do.

Anyway on Fleet. I see both good and bad items on the 4 I read the most. AA, US, UAL and SWA.

In case you haven't been able to tell, I LOVE reading contracts.

I answered that on the last page. By agents I assume you mean us. They're certainly not up in arms judging by my conversations with most people when they ask me about the progress.

DL has three different pay scales for the ramp and in the past hasn't even given the ramp and its three different pay scales the same percentage raise.
