So here you are again automatically assigning blame to our guys instead of the company. What should they do, bring them Daffodils once a week? I hope to Hell they've been pissing them off and keep on pissing them off. I'm pissed off too. I'm tired of their BS games. 1 TA in 4 weeks?

I wanted to believe the Parker BS that they wanted to change the attitudes at AA. That they really needed to put an end to the toxicity. The way they've behaved in our negotiations tells me that it was absolute crap. "Meet the new boss, he's the same as the old boss"

They gave NO counter proposal to the one we gave them and they're nitpicking over every little crumb. Like I said I've had it with their BS now.

If they want to change MY mind it's simple. Rez said they're working on 7 Articles right now. That first Monday they step back in the room together let me hear BAM, 7 TA's.

And if our guys don't want to accept the Temp employee language then throw it in the trash and move forward. And keep your BS Emp Appreciation day garbage away from me too. I don't feel appreciated at all.
Explain the company enthusiasm in the beginning. I think when we delayed things for 6 months they got pissed silly, yes. What could be explanation in your opinion. They knocked out the other work groups and yes I know about the merger provision time lines

No they would probably go with ready reserve instead of  CARS. What I keep forgetting to ask CB  is if the pension IAMPF will be forced . In my opinion all negotiators hard work would be in vain if  IAMPF is mandatory
They proposed to the company to adopt Legacy US IAM Pension Plan and increase for all classifications. A lot of TWU folks are saying that the TWU never proposed that to the company, but it did on December 3rd, for all classifications.

Any TWU official who said that they didn't propose to adopt the LUS IAMPF is lying or ignorant. They did and we know that with 100% Certainty.

Worldport I don't care anymore. Like I said. Scew the company and its negotiating team. And you know something else? I know for a FACT that they read these boards. If you want to go kiss their arses then run for a position, work your way up, and get on the negotiating team for the next talks in 5 years or so.

In my career I've known too many negotiators already that I think have bent over to take the shaft from the company. I don't want the wusses negotiating for me.

if the company were to offer a buy out packacge  I believe it would probably be mirrored on what was offered to the CWA

Bob I'm a 57 year old relic you're really not that far behind. You must think you're a puppy
I think that anyone with 35+ years claiming the can't afford to retire have made some horrible choices and are now standing in the shadow of those bad choices. Is the company didn't offer a package, LAA will continue to employ a large group of disaffected clerks and thus the job stagnation here will continue.

If true this association might be ripe for a raid

Delta uses FEAR on the ramp.

I could probably go but it would be tight and I don't want to live like that never had and don't want to start now. I inherited my house but the taxes are $8,000 per year. Plus there is the matter of health insurance

What happened to the fair, listen to both sides Weez I knew? Are you frustrated with me or the negotiations? You are slanted more towards the union then I am. You have to understand after 2 bankruptcies and going down to $15 per hour I can't be to RAH RAH  for either

Delta uses FEAR on the ramp.
Well, that's better than being contracted out like many IAM and TWU stations. Too bad the United rampers and passenger service in MIA aren't in fear. Better to be in fear that you may lose a job than being contracted out after paying $800 a year in dues to your adopted union.

Let's hope that all of the Pollyanna talk comes through and we don't have to start the process of getting rid of this Association at or after Christmas. Members are truly pissed off and have every right to be. Who is to blame? The TWU and IAM for their pissing match that delayed things. First you said May, then August, then September, now October. You keep changing like the wind. If these clowns can't get this in writing before too long then they simply don't know what they are doing.

Parker signed contracts for 80,000 other employees, so who are the oddballs??? Hint hint.

Now we are paying for their pissing match as NYer mentioned. And if the company is stonewalling as some have said, then why is our TWU/IAM standing down and not calling out the company and organizing informational pickets? I'll tell you why, because it's already a done deal. Parker owns these guys but this dopey TWU/IAM has to act like it is putting up a fuss. Parker already said what our pay is, and you even confirmed that the money is there. So, we don't have to worry about that. And Parker even tossed in Profit Sharing. So, instead of pounding on Parker and pontificating on the IAM, you need to get a grip and focus and understand that the only thing that can happen is your adopted union screwing this thing up. Morons. But as moronic as they may be, I still don't think they can screw this up too bad. One thing is clear though, the window isn't the same as it was. And more opportunity will be lost if they agree to further delay things.

I'm not frustrated. I'm done!!!! I tried to give these people (the company) a chance to change my mind and get me to agree to RAH RAH for the company. They took too long and play too many games for me to buy into it. The last 4 week negotiating session did it for me. THEY did it for me.

And you go ahead and blame whoever you want to believe and come on here and make jokes till your hearts content for all I care. If this is how you want to pass your time all day, have at it. I'm not in the mood anymore.

He is slanted towards all of us, and even his own Local. 700 has bamboozled him and brain washed him. Wouldn't be surprised if weasel is getting paid as his attitude has shifted and resembles a I Am Management agenda.
