Also, he is fit as can be M2Clt would fall on his knees and do what he does best if he saw 9. So why dont you Westoff Scabs STFU.
Hey Chicken Hawk.......

I guess you missed the vacation picture avatar 9 posted, he's as fit as a beached whale.

You guys watch Doug's CLT crew news sessions? He is still talking about a 3 way seniority integration. Is that why he canceled the PHX one? So that he wouldn't have to listen to the screams of protest?

Wrong Pi. Watch, and more importantly LISTEN again. Doug said to the question of why we are not in continued separate negotiations (paraphrased): ...currently the NMB has us indefinitely recessed. We still don't have a resolution with regard to the seniority dispute. It's the company's view that until it's resolved there is no use in spending the time.

He also said three "groups". That could define AA, the Nicolau, and the 3rd list pilots not shown on the Nicolau.

Try as you might, the Nicolau is the ONLY seniority list on Mr. Parkers desk. Until Judge Silver answers the question you will remain on LOA 93 wages (or until a merger with APA is complete). Remember: Mike & Randy both agree that NO COURT has EVER overturned an arbitrated seniority list. Delay is all you have bought.

Read cactusboy, read.

Did you watch the F/A one? Looks like they pulled it.

You sound like one of those angry PHX crew news attendees.

Yes, I watched it after reading this comment from another forum:

PENSIONS
"The sins of the past..."
"The whole world is gonna find out about it"
"The scam..."
"All you have to do is admit to it Mr. Parker"
These guys are certifiably nuts. Of course, the souther drawl just kind of gives the guy a Jefferson Davis "We shoulda won" type of character. Completely stupid, reminds me why I don't really like Southern Virginia
.

I think "Bob" is a snake handling preacher from West Virginia. He was speaking in tongues and I'll bet Parker had his fill of Crew News sessions after listening to Bob's
sermon.

Here's Bob and his friends having a good ol time:

That would be quite a stretch based on the rest of his remarks on that subject. But if it makes you feel better, knock yourself out.
Also, he seemed to be pretty content that the negotiations are parked...for obvious reasons.

It appears that the APA boys made the right call last week by turning down the last best offer.

Judge DENIES the 1113c motion to kill their contract.

Let's hope that this puts a lot of pressure on Parker to come up with a reasonable offer this time.

Doesn't make me feel better in the least. You are correct, he is very content. Parker and LCC have won huge for the delay tactics served up by USAPA.

Oh one other thing: After the dissertation delivered on pensions (I just couldn't bring myself to listen to the whole thing), I believe Mr. Parker responded...We acquired a company with terminated pensions (vs. a merger). Isn't it funny that the verbiage changes to his benefit?

If you think DOH has a chance, you should go ahead and put it on Parker's desk (again).

I've know him for about 30 years and I doubt he would be a snake handler. I know that he has handled a lot of other, well, stuff.

So EC, how about YOU fill us in our the whole pension deal. How was it funded? How did it lose so much so quickly and more than the management's did in the same time? What do you think of the PBGC's handling of our money?

Did you happen to pick up that he was not asking Parker to make up the pension, but just to give them some info? Naw, you were too busy laughing.

Me either. acquired/merged, depends on who you talk to. Usually though, in an aquisition, you have to pony up the dough. Don't think that happened but I don't want to touch off a firestorm over the point.

I don't, but I don't give the NIC much chance either unless Judge Silver drops the gavel on it.

He's already has a mistress and is slipping up a bit. He's not too concerned about this marriage anymore when he starts talking about the previous acquisition.

Parker is done trying to appease the 700 Club.

He's moved on.
