Hey, I have a great idea. Lets have a informal vote and ask the posters and lurkers here whom they think is the nut job between you and me.

And you're still shooting blanks. At least you got the 60 right. Are you stalking me?

My take....... by sheer luck your fortunate to have been here about 10% longer than MM and 20% longer than Dean Collelo. I reckon you've had left seat opportunity about 90% of your career vs Dean who has had the likes of you ( I've got mine crowd ) sell him out at first and every opportunity all the while practicing his unending CRM diplomacy.
Now you have the audacity to complain for several past years that the bottom half won't voluntarily lay under the bus wheels your driving.
So.......MM takes the high road as majority Easties have done since Nic award and you look to you and family first as you stated above. Quite the union man you are......NOT!

Support for renegeing on a mutual agreed to process. Support for intentionally ruining the lives of people for them making a single post on a private web-board. Support for excluding and disenfranchising a substancial minority because...the east doesn't need the west.

FA & MM have neither the professionalism or personal integrity to know how "the high road" is defined.

Just appreciating a level playing field vs 90's type behavior of all the " spoils " goes senior as I too will b senior some day.
Overwhelming % of lower half East list required a 4 year degree and many thousand hours experience to land this job. I fit into that category. I was not blessed with a Captain Dad to help influence my hiring here. Did you earn the 4 yr degree and experience as the other co-pilots here? Not saying you didn't .........just asking and trying to understand why you don't believe all rank/file from lowest up should be equally valued? That's the way I learned it ought to be from college and after.

Mechanical Engineer, Cum Laude. 1500 hours B707 Flight Engineer, 2500 hours B707 and DC8 F/O and B737 Type Rating.

The other guy in my interview group whose father worked for Piedmont didn't get hired.

Any other questions?

Explain to me why a furloughed or Reserve East F/O should be valued more than a West Captain on the same airplane.

What? An east pilot saying that he does not want to wait in line until it is his turn. That the senior guys are getting something he is not?

Be careful those senior guys have given up a lot for the angry FO's. They may not want to retire, give you their seat, give up a pay raise just so you junior guy can get all of it.

Funny how you complain that all are not treated equally yet usapa was designed specifically to take from the west because you all don't consider us equal to the east pilots.

Seems everything is coming back around.

You should thank them for a 5 year delay that you never should have had.
 
It's a T/A whether the merger happens or not? JUST IN CASE WHAT!, They go to single carrier status and it goes away anyway! ! Do I care what it says? If their is 1 CON in it NO! Are you smart enough to relize a sense of selfworth outweighs desperation in your situation ! How LONG do you think this will take?, long after your 4 years! If your looking for YOUR DESPERATION RAISE in this opportunity educate yourself, your begging is pathetic! MM!

I would vote no also if there were any cons in the MOU.
 
Why on earth would you be upset? USAPA's only plan of delay is working PERFECTLY.

Doug told you in CLT last week that the reason our negotiations are parked is because we "still don't have a resolution with regard to the seniority dispute. The company's view is it is time wasted until it's resolved..."

Further, delay of accepting the Nicolau award is the reason AAA stepped away from a nearly complete TA (in 2007). 5 years later we are in a deadlock (when USAPA promised a complete NEW contract in 90 days!), as engineered by USAPA.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, but they do turn.

I don't think it was much of a contract.
 
I see a roll call vote comig. The McKee faction controls a roll call. They also do not want the MOU to go to the membership. Would not surprise me if we don't get to vote.

It would not surprise me if the MOU turned out to be some vague document which the company will interpret to their liking .....again. I would at least like to see it before I vote no. I think we are getting a bit upset over this MOU for nothing. This merger may never happen.
