And, please share with us the great success that is USAPA. Binding arbitration...it means....binding...and arbitration....and your folks signed it. Forming a phoney union designed to disenfranchise the AWA pilots is not going to get you out of your agreements.

But when Rowe and Ciabattoni as Captain and F/O Rep of PHL Council 41 were censured by ALPA and had the Council placed in receivership you thought they were cult heroes.........

I would believe anything either of these guys said over Cleary and Mowrey any day of the week plus Saturday and Sunday.

Life may be good but at LOA 93 rates it is probable a public pool and the 25 year old scotch is some guy on vacation waiting for the next greyhound.

Yes, but I'm not wealthy and I'm not happy with our contract. I'm not trying to encourage you to accept the Nic, that's up to the courts. Who knows, maybe with a AA merger you'll get the do over you want. I'm trying to get you interested in having a good contract again. I know in the past US had a good contract. AWA's contracts were improving and had/have some really good areas (yes, I know hourly pay sucks). We expected our next contract to be an improvement, prior to the merger. I know most likely I'm wasting keystrokes and too many on the east have reached a comfortable numb. Oh well, here's to a AA merger.

That good route structure is an illusion. Just because so far Parker has given all the benefits to the east does not mean he will continue to do so. Tomorrow Parker could place a couple WB in PHX and add some flying.

Without a contract you are at the mercy of the guy you all hate.
