This has been going on for months. I think she is going to give some ruling that meets her interests and no one elses. Something arbitrary that solves nothing. If she is going to do something...ANYTHING, I wish she would just do it and get it over with.

Good luck sellin the nic to apa. It would put over 1000 pilots, some hired in 2003 ahead of there 85-90 hires, that have stuck around to finally get widebodies....

While we're all merely speculating; that's been my thinking as well. What best serves the interests of the APA people is a reasonable notion to consider here, to say the least.

It was NOT, which does seem to be a rather salient point. With what one must reasonably imagine to have been a very substantial case load when taking office....I can't honestly imagine that this little issue is even a major blip on Her Honor's radar as any urgent concern.

You also show your ignorance thinking the APA is going to re-order their group by DOH, just to accomodate the wishes of a scab union.  See, the APA's list is far from DOH.  There are 1985 TWA hires literally thousands below their native American 1985 counterpart.

Apa does not need to reorder there list to DOH, they already are DOH, the previous mergers regardless of how the integration went, will producea DOH list. For example, if you look at the nic, not a DOH integration, yet if it is ever implemented, a DOH list will be pruduced leaving every person where they are in the nic with an "adjusted DOH". As in the guys near me who have 1990 DOH at awa, will then have an "adjusted DOH" of 1983. Apa has already done this with the integrated reno, aircal pilots etc. but dont let the facts get in the way.

Actually, according to the transition agreement (TA) between awa alpa and east alpa we need a contract to consumate the deal. No contract,means it never happened, just like an annuled mirage...

You should ask the "Brain Trust" that ginned up the USAPA abortion in the back of a van how they thought they could pull off DOH just by demanding it in their constitution. Now they are constitutionally obligated to present what they are going to be prohibited from presenting. Legendary Stupidity! I'd say Humble ought to push to remove DOH from the constitution before some moron on the east decides to sue them for failing to use it. If USAPA's Foundering Fathers had simply built their little card casket for delivery to the NMB a little sooner, yes they could have enjoyed the freedom to ramrod they mistakenly think they still have. Ask Scabford about that one. Timing is everything.
