"I have helped bring them.." You have?....Really? Kindly expand on exactly what YOU have done to bring in any additional aircraft?...and/or determine their placement? This should prove interesting.....

A small caution in advance; if it's merely an issue of doing your job over a period of time...well...that's never been allowed by nic supporters as having any value whatsoever.

Huh. He must be one of them thar investors.

Yo pops-

Why would DP negoiate in good faith with usAPA?

Honest question.

Has usAPA negoiated in good faith with the company??

Really, have they?

PD

Am I the pops in question? I'd say Parker should live up to his "it's the right thing to do" b.s, instead of running from it.

You'd be surprised at what I think he would have to say if he did. Since you are a newbie, not a retread with a new screen name.

And we make less than you do yet fly the same airplanes for the same company. Wheres the equity in that?

In westworld that's ok i guess.

We each have a trade off to accept in the "nothing but NIC" fight.
In "WestWorld" that is Perfectly OK. It should be as it was 100% your choice to remain on LOA93. I'm guessing you'll never find a less sympathetic group to your self inflicted plight than the West pilot group. You tried to royally screw them and it blew up in your face. Cry me a river.

A point that's long amused me: If all things that transpire are indeed the direct results of a person or group's actions, attitudes,etc...and thusly; all things are self inflicted...then...ummm...wouldn't that prove equally true for the circumstances that so distress yourself and the other vitriolic west supporters as well? 😉

Were not the west's/AOL actions, attitudes, etc "100% your choice"....? You can't now be even suggesting that the results ("your self inflicted plight"), are anything other than that which you must have self determined to be?...Can you? 😉

Portly Doorman. That really is too clever. Do you also have a youtube channel I can tune into?

Yo Portly,

1- required by NLRB
2- matter of opinion, I say yes. Rather subjective Q and I surely wasn't there.

Will note that it's plainly obvious to anyone which party stands to gain or lose by bad faith negotiations. Can you possibly think of ANY rational reason for USAPA not to earnestly bargain in good faith?
Then there is DP's past track record with unions.
Hmmmm.........I have reached what I consider rational determination of
DP ethics.

FA
Of course the glaring reason. The nicolau

It was east pilots that came up with the separate ops idea. It is usapa that delayed the Addington as long as they could. It is usapa that delayed the company DJ as long as they could. usapa is all about delaying a contract in order to delay the Nicolau.

It is the east pilots that have said seniority is not for sale and it is not about the money.

Just as a side point the new 330's, 757's and E190's were all brought to the property after the merger. I have helped bring them to party yet I'm locked out of them. Some off the street new hire can bid them before I do. Where's the equity in that?

In usAPA world that's ok I guess.

The western pilots insisted on the pay disparity. You get exactly what you sowed. It is what keeps your raise away too, and smaller if you ever get one.

That 75 western rate is mighty impressive. Same for the 321 which is as big as a 75. LOA 92 sums it up. That with the western 330 rate.

You wanted pay equality without trading anything to get it. Everything for you, screw everyone else.

The NLRB has nothing to do with Airlines, its unions and its negotiations. Try again, that would be the NMB.
