If an employee is required to give anything beyond equal work for equal pay, then it isn't. But... No surprise... You don't realize how easy that concept is.

How many times have been told? usapa has been the bargaining agent for the last 4 years. If you are going to blame someone for pay disparity blame the east. They are in charge and the majority. Why have they not gotten pay parity? It has nothing to do with the west.

That pretty much guaranteed no pay parity and no contract. Actually, I take that back. So, its the last day of june....I thought that judge Silver indicated there would be a ruling out in june..? And while I'm on the subject of timeleness of rulings....where is Kashers formal ruling on LOA93 and or the 3%? and if he thought we already were recieving the 3%, isnt his supposed ruling of "No" to loa93 flawed....I mean regardless of which side a person is on here, you have to be impressed with the urgency of our legal system.....Pathetic..!!

I think he meant next June.. they are counting on us being retired dead and long gone by the time any grievance rulings are given. It is pathetic!!!

The courts have alot better things to do than get involved in the internal politics of a bunch of lazy pilots.

This could have been easily resolved years ago by pushing for a representation election to take USAPA out of the driver's seat. The judges know that. It's the pilots that prefer to satisfy their hunger for influence by disenfranchising their fellow pilots combined with the pilots who would prefer to hit Paypal and wear a button than get out there and actually do something to eliminate USAPA who are to blame for this dragging out as long as it has.

Now both groups are looking at APA and confusing the Cossacks for the Cavalry and the sad thing is they are too lazy to care.
