Do you think the APA is going to allow USAPA's NAC to mess up or mess with the negotiations?

Think about it - if you were APA, would you really want to have USAPA risk blowing this deal so that all you had left to fall back on was an abrogated contract?

Do you understand why APA is not excited or doesn't even care that you're not at the table?

Then the proper response is that the incredibly unjust, whimsical fantasies of this given arbitrator concern me not in the least, unless and/or until his insanely contrived abomination can be forced into being in the real world...which I feel morally obligated to oppose. What part of (and I'll do my utmost to sufficiently dumb this down for your useage here) "Oh yeah!!???..That's just plain WRONG on ANY level!!..So make it hapen...if you can" seems so utterly unfathomable to your sort?

A minor point of curiosity: Assuming you had parents that provided some/any moral guidance; did they say..."Well...it all just depends. Wait and see what the arbitrator says." ? 😉

Ah, more ducking the question. When you agree to binding arbitration, you are expected to live by the results, that is why they call it binding arbitration. All the cognitive dissonance by you in the world (as well as all your lame cheap shots and insults) won't change the fact that 3 sides agreed, and one side pussed out.

2) While I certainly meant no disrespect to the loss of your folks..well...mine have been in the Lord's Hands for years as well. I hardly see that sadness as a viable defense for any position I see fit to defend. I merely assumed yours, to their presumed credit, had instructed you in basic morality. I had no reason to believe them deceased. It is you, with your over-abundance of "class" and "manners" that feels the apparent need to make an issue of that sad fact.

I also learned that its important to be an individual thinker, not part of a groupthink collective like a union. And far from an office drone, I am an educated, certificated professional in my field with over 25 years of experience in management. I have to rely on the quality of my work, not my seniority number in order to have a job.

So.....if you make an agreement, you live up to it. If the company comes to an agreement with the union, and they breach it because they don't feel like it, that would be bad, just like not living up to a binding arbitration agreement. I can't see how you don't get that.
