Nope..not "can't be based on it".

the single CARRIER cannot use the integrated seniority list prior to operational pilot integration as defined in sections VI a and b.

We are not talking about the CARRIER using the seniority list...we are talking about the UNION using the only completed, accepted, valid, arbitrated list that exist for LCC, for a follow on SLI in a completely new merger.

Remember all that talk about "internal UNION dispute"?? don't remember one time any judge saying anything about an 'internal CARRIER dispute".

Seriously; I'm still waiting to see how all the chips will fall in whatever end is finally reached here. It's been literally years since the initial, exuberant salvos of "Final and Binding!...It's OVER..get used to it!", etc, ad nauseum came forth...followed by the truly classic: "You won't even get 200 Cards!"...and...well...we all know the drill by now here. If the merger with American takes place? = One set of circumstances to wonder about, without any possible certainty as yet.. If not? = Another scenario/etc...Bottom line = Who knows? Meanwhile...we're all merely amusing ourselves speculating, which, while good sport at times, determines nothing for us. 😉

The only thing all can truly be certain of is that over five years have passed without any resolution to this sorry mess.

"The truth" is that you use an arbitrator's whim to justify that entirely selfish pursuit, and most laughably, in that process...even allow yourself absurd fantasies of being steeped in personal "integrity"...as opposed to the actual umm.."material" involved.

"The truth" is that I'll happily live out my life not caring in the slightest what any self-obsessed punks think about myself or my principles, beliefs, etc.

"The truth" is that if such finely constructed masterpieces as "eastholes" marks the apogee of your intellectual flight through life...that you either eschewed serious education entirely, or are sadly bereft of any ability to make any actual use of such.

"The truth" is that your puerile, infantile BS, while easily selling to your own crowd apparently, fails to register well on the supposed "rest of the world" that you incorrectly imagine to be in complete support of such crap.

I voted for all three of the west pilots. I only wish there had been more east pilots on the slate for seat #2 to water down the vote and insure Parella's defeat. I think EVERYBODY has had damn near enough of her.
