All of your whining complaints would be moot if your group had any semblance of integrity. There is no need to wait for a ruling on final and binding. Of course you didn't point the question at anybody because you know the truth is it falls right on your lap. Unfortunately for you, nobody is as dumb as you think.

The courts have alot better things to do than get involved in the internal politics of a bunch of lazy pilots.

This could have been easily resolved years ago by pushing for a representation election to take USAPA out of the driver's seat. The judges know that. It's the pilots that prefer to satisfy their hunger for influence by disenfranchising their fellow pilots combined with the pilots who would prefer to hit Paypal and wear a button than get out there and actually do something to eliminate USAPA who are to blame for this dragging out as long as it has.

Now both groups are looking at APA and confusing the Cossacks for the Cavalry and the sad thing is they are too lazy to care.

these politics (Declatory Judgement) were created by the company....They werent sure which list to use, remember....the one created as a favor to a previous union, or the current elected bargaining agent...

that is what the judge is suppose to rule on....so the supreme court can rule on a health care issue in 90 days and none of our judges can give anything....Hmmmmm.....

That is my point......we are a far back burner issue in the politics of the justice system.

The 9th kicked the can down the road. The "thorny issue" is just that,,,,"thorny"...nobody wants to touch it, and they don't have too, so they don't.

Well Scab, I find it amusing that you're demanding the Judges clean up your mess in an expeditious manner. BTW, the company knows exactly which list to use. They even spelled out for Silver exactly how and why they need to use the Nic. They just used your little pointless temper tantrum to with hold over a billion dollars of lost pay from you...with your enthusiastic blessing.

The rulings will come out at some point. Your side should have known how badly this was going to go and how incredibly long it was going to take. Just consider this USAPAs "longest" failure.
