Not when you consider the fact that, on the eve of the merger announcement, the 20-yr U guy was likely a couple of weeks from the unemployment line, where there would be no "attrition benefit" at all.

Only God know the answer to that. We roamed around in CH 11 for 4 years.

The sad part is that had the east come to the table to actually negotiate, instead of insisting on DOH/LOS, the west side was amenable to very long fences. I don't know exactly how far the commitee was willing to go but most of the pilots I have talked to would have been willing to extend the wide body fence, for the 330s and 76s already on property, all the way down to the junior-most furloughed pilot.

A poll full of loaded questions will not give an accurate response. Especially when you have no way of determining how many West pilots voted in your alledged poll.

Being a Sales Trainer and former Sales Rep, you are now in an area where I am a bit of a Subject Matter Expert when it comes to asking questions that are "Loaded" I also know a little about designing Polls and Quizes.

Frankly Charlie I expected better from you than that farce of a poll you have running. Statisicaly it's USELESS as there is no way to verify whether the respondents are part of the target group i.e US East Pilots.

I'm starting to see a trend with you guys in that most are seeing this as a fair and equitable decision or at least realizing that you're lucky to still be working.
