Does anyone know if some pilots and their wives are suing alpa over the loss of the pension without a membership vote?

Heard something about a RICO Suit, does anyone have information?

I think it is the lawsuit by Pilots For Justice and I believe it is just a little over 300 pilots and one wife that is running the administrative duties.

It is also very much alive and finishing up the discovery phase of the lawsuit.

It is in fact very much alive. My roomate a US Airways Capt. just joined in the lawsuit...just under the wire. They have some VERY positive proof that the company lied about the health of the pension. Unfortunetly I don't have the details only what I hear him talk about. I'm not sure if any more pilots can join this lawsuit...but it's something I think EVERY pilot should look into...nothing to loose EVERYTHING to gain. Bluewater
