Just Heard The NEW RUMOR,That The MINORITY WEST M & Related will Be Getting some of the Profit Shareing Fund's. About %25 of what the IAM East M&R People Will Be Getting. Thanks IAM & Company, We Will See When We Get the Check's. Just Wanted To Share the RUMOR'S. Could Be TRUE! 🙂 :boring:

If that were actually true, then you should have forwarded that information to the East merger committee. They could have surely used it to rebut the enormous evidence proffered from the West side which overwhelmingly suggested that U had no options and was all but dead.

I guess you misunderstand the facts. Nowhere during the arbitration did the East proffer any evidence whatsoever that would support your conclusion about East having financing. I suspect there is a good reason why nothing was proffered and that is because there is no evidence to support what you contend, that East already had the financing. I suppose the East merger committee messed up then? I hardly doubt it. Rather, they had little to work with.

Learn to read, ZW invested in US before the merger was announced, RP invested in US before the merger was announced.
Seabury and Associates who raised the money from Air Canada, Airbus, PAR and others WAS A US AIRWAYS Advisor working for US, not HP.

Didn't say that....word is west to get compensated from time together with U and east to get compensated from contract mod forward...Is only fair to all involved.

First off i'm glad the west got something. The west m&r like the east earned it because of what the m&r have to put up with.
No hard feelings BUT its coming out of the east pockets for the sake of what?????
I do not have in the contract that i work under the sick pay, 4day work week and so forth that the west has in their IBT contract.
Under the contract i work under i am garunteed profit sharing. The contract that is supposed to be overseen by the union I pay dues to.
Now that same union is not only taking dues from me but also taking profit sharing.
Its just wrong, take it from the strike fund or the company drunk fund. But not the rank and file.
No bones to grind against the west guys. Again im glad the west got something. (I know what its like to get nothing, or hosed)

The pilots have a joint negotiating committee as do all the unions on the property.
