The Airbus Arbitration is precident setting, the current IAM/US Airways Collective Bargaining Agreement requires all A320 Family heavy maintenance be accomplished in-house.
The 50% of the 737 heavy maintenance is done in-house and it is done in CLT, not PIT, see if you were still US mechanic you would know that.
Which at the moment is being done in PIT, add HP's current Airbii into the mix and the PIT hangar is probably not large enough.
See if you were still a employee under the collective bargaining agreement you would know that.
