Agreed.........not that I know Uncle Al, and that's one of the nicer things that he's been called, but maybe this will show everyone that DP is in charge. From what I've read, Uncle Al wouldn't have done anything like that before. Maybe DP made him do it. Maybe DP is turning him around. Who knows but I enjoyed it. Pretty corny but a nice gesture.

Happy Holidays to all.

I think 700 put out a holiday greeting video....

Have you all seen "A Christmas Carol"? He's the guy that they ask to go get the turkey, but he says he refuses because it's not in his IAM SCOPE language.

Just a little humor for the season....700, don't get your IAM underroos in a bunch.

Don't let the humor get in your way!!

Does no good deed or friendly gesture go unpunished around here? I am touched management went to the trouble to wish the employees a good holiday.

I thought it was nice. And a signal we now have new management. Sure, we have a long way to go, but we're off to a good start! Pretzels are back, power ports are staying and I love the new bonuses for good performance!

I know most of our employees do their best with what we have to work with. I'm proud to be counted among them. I have a new bounce in my step as do many others! I'm looking forward to 2006. I know there's going to be changes but I believe for the first time, we employees are actually going to be heard and some of our better suggestions are going to be put into place!

I hope are RES is going to be brought back inhouse. RES has been the most under-rated group. I've heard more complaints about these off-shore call centers than any other thing. We must take care of our product and the best way to do that is to start with the first point of contact: RES!

I think it's just hard for some to let go of the past and move on. I wasn't there nor involved but I have an open enough mind to understand. Time will show everyone that you can have fun right along with busting butt.

Not to get too far off the post topic, but I agree about outsourced res being AWFUL. I needed to check the status of a flight (if it was on time), but do not yet have the USAirways main res number memorized. So, I called the pass line instead ..the agent there had NO CLUE how to check Flifo!

Nice gesture, kinda cheesy, but fun.

I'll take the cheesy video over the moldy wheel of cheese any day!

Bring back memories anybody?
