faa.gov shows PHL, EWR and DCA with no delays.

The snow/no snow line was basically I-78 in North Jersey. Nothing North of I-78 got any precipitation, and as a result EWR, LGA and JFK were open and operating as normally as they could considering.

Also interesting to note that SW didn't operate a single flight at PHL yesterday.
